Customer Data
Contractors control the customer data they enter into FastTract. They are responsible for having the notices, permissions, and lawful basis required to collect and use that data. FastTract processes customer data to provide the service and according to account instructions.
SMS, Email, and Calling
If you provide a phone number or email address, you may receive communications related to requested services, account activity, or transactions. Marketing messages require applicable consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
AI Features
AI-assisted features may process information you submit to produce drafts, summaries, recommendations, or automated actions. AI output can be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use in business, legal, financial, safety, or customer-facing decisions.
Service Providers and Disclosures
We may share information with vendors that support hosting, communications, payments, analytics, security, and customer support; with integrations you authorize; in a business transaction; or when required to protect rights, safety, and comply with law.
